6. Fill the Billing details and choose payment method like Cash On Delivery

Q. Do I need an account to place an order ?
Ans. Yes you need to signup and create your account to dokoman.com, its very easy only 3 step to signup, click here to register/signup
Q. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Ans. Yes you can cancel your order within 1 hours of your order placed time or call us for order cancellation, and you can place a new order any time.
Q. How Do I Track My Order?
Ans. Go to your account section and click on order tab.
Q. How can i exchange Product, if any factory defect found?
Ans. If any manufacturing defect found, we will exchange it within 7 days of time. you can direct call us and report us for defective products, we will exchange it as soon as possible.
Q. How much is the warranty and guarantee of the product?
Ans. The warranty and guarantee of a product is depends on company warranty policy, you can check about warranty in products details page in our dokoman.com online website.
Normally for branded products 1 Year to 3 Years and for OEM (non brand) products 7days to 3months
Q. Can I view the product before ordering?
Ans. Yes you can, you need to visit our physical retail store located in New Baneshwor, Prime Bank Building, Ground Floor (014465788), you can direct buy from our retail store also.
Q. How will I know that my order has been placed?
Ans. If you place your order through our website, after that you will receive an order confirmation email with order id. It means your order is successfully placed.

Q. What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Ans. Cash ON Delivery, Esewa, Khalti, Bank Transfer, Qr Payment for Kathmandu valley and for outside valley, you can use same method but except cash on delivery.

Ans. Yes , Dokoman.com have own physical retail store and warehouse located in New Baneshwor since 2010, and we have ready in stock products for quick home delivery. If any problem occur our experience staff will support you as soon as possible.

Delivery System:
Q. Do You Ship Internationally?
Ans. No, we are able to ship inside Nepal only.
Q. What is the delivery cost?
Ans. The delivery cost of the products is based on the weight and size of products and the location.
Normally for kathmandu valley, delivery cost will be Rs.50-100 and for big size of Products Rs.200-1000
For outside Valley, delivery cost will be Rs.50-200 and for big size Products Rs.500-1500

Q. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Ans. For Kathmandu Valley, Usually we will ship same day and for outside valley we will ship via courier/air cargo/local transport, it takes 2 to 3 days max.
